We spent 2 days with Scott as our driver to visit several area wineries/vineyards. Upon first contact, he helped us build the perfect experience for our moms weekend getaway. While planning our girls trip to Charlottesville I reached out to my cousin who had recently done a weekend getaway and her number one recommendation was Scott. She said he had such a great personality and would be the best driver for a wine tour – From my first text with Scott he was extremely helpful and reminded me if any last minute changes occurred he would work around it. He also let me know he would suggest any wineries / routes if needed. Our group of 6 had the best day with Scott. We gave him our choices and he created the route. While driving he shared a lot about Charlottesville, allowed us to control whatever tunes we wanted, and adjusted tour as needed with it being quite a busy Saturday. Our second winery we visited had the kitchen on hold and Scott drove to grab out take out down the road and brought it to us – incredibly kind and generous deed. With our last vineyard he called ahead of time to see if they had the space for us. He was even so flexible to allow us some extra time on our tour. I cannot wait to come back to explore more vineyards and there is absolutely no other company I would choose! Thanks Scott for such a memorable day!

My daughter traveled to Charlottesville, VA, and booked this service to pick her up from the airport. She had some anxiety about the trip, and Mark her driver was absolutely fantastic. His communication was spot on. And after he dropped her off and made sure that she was connected where she was going he called me to let me know how it went and that, everything was fine. This service goes above and beyond and I highly recommend them if you need a ride in the area that they service.

We have used Reliable Rides two times now. Both were amazing experiences. They were on time to pick us up, the vans were clean, and they were very knowledgeable of the area.
