General Transportation

  • Carrier will charge the following rates for one way general transportation. Pricing begins once ride actually starts unless other options or charges have been discussed and documented.
  • Minimum charge: $50.00 up to and including the first twenty-three (23) miles
  • $2.15 per mile once transportation begins
  • Waiting time: $50.00 per hour at the direction of the passenger. This includes stops en route.

  • Charlottesville/Albemarle Airport (CHO) (15 mile radius from point of pickup, additional per mile $2.15/mile for anything over 15 miles from pickup location)
  • 6:00 AM-10:00 PM (CHO) $75.00 for passengers 1-2, $115.00 for passengers 3-7. $175 for 2 Vehicle pickup
  • 4:00 AM-6:00 AM and 10:00 PM-11:30 PM (CHO) Add $50.00 to 6:00 AM–10:00 PM Pricing
  • 11:30 PM-4:00 AM (CHO) Add $100.00 to 6:00 AM–10:00 PM Pricing
  • ** Pickups occurring 30 minutes after scheduled pick up time will incur a $50.00 per hour additional charge.
  • ** Arrival Flights driver will arrive 30 minutes after scheduled flight time if checking bags.
  • -Richmond International Airport (RIC) (90 mile radius from point of pickup, additional per mile $2.15/mile for anything over 90 miles from pickup location)
  • 6:00 AM-10:00 PM (RIC) $175.00 for passengers 1-2, $225.00 for passengers 3-7, $495 for 2 vehicle pickup passengers 8-14
  • 4:00 AM-6:00 AM and 10:00 PM-11:30 PM (RIC) Add $50.00 to 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Pricing
  • 11:30 PM-4:00 AM (RIC) Add $125.00 to 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Pricing

  • 6:00 AM-10:00 PM (IAD) $250.00 for passengers 1-2 , $300.00 for passengers 3-7, $550.00 for 2 vehicle pickup 8-14 passengers
  • 4:00 AM-6:00 AM and 10:00 PM-11:30 PM (IAD) Add $75.00 to 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Pricing
  • 11:30 PM-4:00 AM (IAD) Add $150.00 to 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Pricing
  • **Rush Traffic Surcharge for Dulles/Reagan Airport during weekday hours (Monday-Friday) Morning 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and Afternoon 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM add $40.00

  • 6:00 AM-10:00 PM (DCA) $375 for passengers 1-2, $425.00 for passengers 3-7, $650.00 for 2 vehicles passengers 8-14
  • 4:00 AM-6:00 AM and 10:00 PM-11:30 PM (DCA) Add $150.00 to 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Pricing
  • 11:30 PM-4:00 AM (DCA) Add $250.00 to 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Pricing

Wine & Brewery Tours & Wedding and Special Events Hourly Pricing

  • 1-4 passengers: $85.00 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours or $425.00 and $85.00 per hour thereafter for Wine, Brewery, Wedding or Special Event full day shuttle
  • 5-7 passengers: $125.00 per hour with 5 hour minimum ($625.00) and $125.00 per hour thereafter for Wine, Brewery, Wedding or Special Event full day shuttle
  • 8-14 passengers: $195.00 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours or $975.00 and $195.00 per hour thereafter for Wine, Brewery, Wedding or Special Event full day shuttle
  • To/From Venue Pricing: $85.00 minimum for up to 15 miles from venue plus $2.15 per mile thereafter for 1-4 passengers
  • $150.00 minimum for up to 15 miles from venue plus $2.15 per mile thereafter for 5-7 passengers
  • $195.00 minimum for up to 15 miles from venue plus $2.15 per mile thereafter for 8-14 passengers (2 Vans)
  • Deposit of $100.00 may be required at reservation for special pricing events.
  • Cancellation refund......... Full refunds will be issued with Fourteen (14) day notice prior to reserved trip.
  • Reservation required for special pricing events.
  • ** Customized trips available but must be prearranged thru reservation.

Surcharge, Other Pricing & Rules & Regulations

  • Pickup location over 20 miles Reliable Rides office to stop A only equals 95 cents per mile.
  • Passengers will be charged $50.00 wait time for every 30 minutes the passenger fails to get in vehicle after notified driver has arrived.
  • Passengers will be charged $50.00 for rides cancelled after driver is enroute, and has communicated arrival estimate time.
  • Tolls, fees and special charges during transit will be added to rate and invoice with passenger knowledge prior to ride.
  • All Service Dogs welcome, Pet transport with passenger available with prior notification.
  • $185.00 Cleaning charge if passenger(s) soils vehicle and vehicle cannot be used by Reliable Rides until cleaned.
  • Any passenger(s) who damages any Reliable Rides vehicle parts or equipment will be responsible for all costs related to repairing or replacing the damage.
  • Any pre arranged transportation for round trip or contract pricing will be recorded on a written document that both carrier and passenger agree, sign, and date. Each party will get a copy.
  • For Medicaid passengers the rates and charges will be the reimbursement amounts in effect when the transportation is provided.
  • All Charges and payments will be collected at the time the transportation is provided. Payment must be in the form of Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Personal check with verified phone number on check. Returned checks will incur a $95.00 return check fee. A 10% surcharge of the total amount due will be assessed for delinquent payments in excess of 30 days from the invoice date. For 60 days or older, from the date of the invoice delinquent payment from invoice the carrier will use all legal means to recover payment for services rendered. For credit card and Venmo transactions 5% fee will be added.
  • Rules and Regulations
  • Reliable Rides LLC will not refuse transportation to anyone without good cause.
  • Baggage will not be checked. Personal baggage, Musical Instruments, Sporting Equipment will be transported in custody of passenger, at no additional charge, and only if space allows.
  • Pet Transportation will be only be allowed if advance notice is given and an arrangement is made with the the carrier for additional $50.00 charge. Pets must be in a pet carrier or on a leash. All Service dogs are welcome.
  • Pet owners responsible for cleaning or damage costs as noted above.
  • Both the Reliable Rides driver or passenger(s) may cancel the trip if they feel that the environment is unsafe or a risk is present. Driver/Carrier will document details and have the passenger(s) document details and provide passenger(s) with a copy of the document.
  • Reliable Rides LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone incapable of caring for themselves due to intoxicatio0n by alcohol or drugs.
  • No smoking of any products or drinking of alcoholic beverages will be allowed
  • Reliable Rides LLC makes every effort to offer a great ride experience. If you have special requests for driver concerning music, climate temperature, phone charger use ect. Please ask. In return driver has right to politely address passenger to adjust distractions that compromise safety during transport. All special requests will occur while vehicle is stopped in safe location.
  • Reliable Rides LLC will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by the following: Unforeseen disasters or serious weather threats or occurrences, mechanical failure, Road hazards including accident traffic and Emergency Medical Services delays, any other hazards or unforeseen circumstances that the driver has no control over. Should the driver encounter an emergency situation, Passengers will be provided with information when it safe to do so. Passenger safety is of utmost importance to Reliable Rides.
