Professional, responsive and reasonably priced. Scott answered our inquiry and set up our ride for dinner. Our driver arrived on time, and was professional and friendly. We will use Reliable Rides VA again and have been referring anyone we can their way.

Good thati I was notified two days prior to our trip that their drivers were Covid positive, that’s the good news. The bad news there was no back up vehicle, no back up driver we just had to cancel. I had people coming from out of town and I had already spent hundreds of dollars on food to entertain these people that can’t be returned, so very disappointed. I should’ve known when I heard that one of the drivers went on a cruise which makes me think large amount of people no mask and then they turn up positive for Covid not a great business model.

Scott was on time, professional and polite. The van was clean, comfortable, and smelled good (as in did not smell of smoke, pets or perfume, all of which are a big concern for me)..His prices are comparable to what other ride sharing companies would charge if we could depend on them to come out this far from Charlottesville or Richmond - which we can't. HIGHLY recommend Reliable Rides!

He made sure his previously booked customers were transported on time and fit me in as well. I will use Reliable Rides again!

Truly reliable! Scott picked me up at the airport and got me to my hotel. When it was time to go home, he picked me up for an early morning flight and got me to the airport with time to spare. Excellent service.
