General Transportation
- Reliable Rides LLC will charge the following rates for one way and round-trip transportation. Pricing begins once ride starts unless other options or charges have been discussed and documented.
- 1-4 passengers- One Way – $78.00 if paying by Venmo or Credit Card, $75.00 if paying with Cash, Check plus driver gratuity.
- 5-7 passengers- One Way – $94.00 if paying by Venmo or Credit Card, $90.00 if paying with Cash, Check plus driver gratuity.
- 8-10 passengers- One Way – $130.00 if paying by Venmo or Credit Card, $125.00 if paying with Cash or Check plus driver gratuity.
- 11-14 passengers- One Way – $182.00 if paying by Venmo or Credit Card, $175.00 if paying with Cash or Check plus driver gratuity.
- 15 plus passengers – Please call for multiple vehicle options
- ** Add $50 Distance charge if more than 15-mile radius outside of Charlottesville, Va center
- ** Add $50 per vehicle late charge for any transportation occurring after 11:00 PM
- Medical Appointment and General Transportation Rates and Fees will be charged at $2.25 per mile with a minimum charge of $37.00 if paying with Venmo or Credit card and $35.00 if paying Cash or Check plus driver gratuity up to and including the first 15 miles. Roundtrip miles will be calculated per mile.
- Wait Time in between stops will be billed at $45.00 per Hour at the direction of the passenger this includes stops in route and appointments.
- * Passengers must be able to independently pivot and transfer into vehicle safely. We do not have a wheelchair van but will be happy carry wheelchair or Ambulatory device to appointment if space allows.
- ** Gratuity not included but appreciated
Medical Appointment and General Transportation
- Medical Appointment and General Transportation Rates and Fees will be charged at $2.25 per mile with a minimum charge of $37.00 if paying with Venmo or Credit card and $35.00 if paying Cash or Check plus driver gratuity up to and including the first 15 miles. Roundtrip miles will be calculated per mile.

Wine & Brewery Tours & Wedding and Special Events Hourly Pricing
- $390.00 plus driver gratuity for up to 4 passengers. Covers 5 hours from pickup to drop off. Add $50.00 per hour for anything over 5 hours.
- $495.00 plus driver gratuity for up to 7 passengers Covers 5 hours from pickup to drop off. Add $75.00 per hour for anything over 5 hours.
- $650.00 plus driver gratuity for up to 10 passengers Covers 5 hours from pickup to drop off. Add $100.00 per hour for anything over 5 hours.
- $875.00 plus driver gratuity for up to 14 passengers Covers 5 hours from pickup to drop off. Add $150.00 per hour for anything over 5 hours.

Surcharge Pricing Winery & Brewery Tour, Wedding and Special Event
- Prices above based on Charlottesville, Va. pickup add $50.00 plus for locations outside of Charlottesville, Va. radius.
- Cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged for soiled or stained vehicle damage occurring during service.
- Add $75.00 per hour for rides after 11:00 PM
Amtrak Train Station, Charlottesville, VA.
- Amtrak Train Station, Charlottesville, VA. (15 mile radius from point of pickup, additional per mile $2.25/mile for anything over 15 miles from pickup location)
- 6:00 AM-10:00 PM (Amtrak) $68.00 for passengers 1-2 if paying by Venmo or credit card, $65.00 if paying by cash, check plus driver gratuity up to 15 miles. Add $10.00 per passenger if more than 2.
- 4:00 AM-6:30 AM and 10:00 PM-11:30 PM (Amtrak) Add $50.00 to 6:00 AM–10:00 PM Pricing
- – On Return Arrivals passengers are responsible for letting Reliable Rides LLC driver know what time to arrive due to baggage, customs, ect. Reliable Rides LLC will waive first 30 minutes after arrival scheduled time then charge $50.00 per hour prorated until in vehicle. – Reliable Rides LLC driver will make every attempt to track and be aware of flight changes, delays or cancellations but is not responsible for missed rides due to very delayed arrival over 2 hours from scheduled arrival time. – Passenger is responsible for full payment if driver arrives at Train Station and passengers flight got cancelled or connection was missed ect. Prior to driver knowing during pre-arrival communications.

Surcharge, Other Pricing
- Pickup location over 20 miles from Reliable Rides LLC office to stop A will be billed at 95 cents per mile to pick up location.
- Passengers will be charged $50.00 fee if driver is enroute and if ride is cancelled during this time after pickup time has been established.
- Passengers will be charged $45.00 per hour after driver has arrived for pickup and passengers have not gotten in vehicle.
- Tolls, fees and special charges during transit will be added to rate and invoice with passenger knowledge prior to ride.
- All Service Dogs welcome, Pet transport with passenger available with prior notification.
- $250 Cleaning Fee if passengers soil vehicle and vehicle cannot be used by Reliable Rides LLC until cleaned.
- Passengers are responsible for cost of vehicle repair if any equipment or parts are damaged during ride and the fault of the passengers.
- Any pre arranged transportation for round trip or contract pricing will be recorded on a written document that both carrier and passenger agree, sign, and date. Each party will get a copy.
- All Charges and payments will be collected at the time the transportation is provided. Payment must be in the form of Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, personal check with verified phone number on check. Returned checks will incur a $95.00 return check fee. A 10% surcharge of the total amount due will be assessed for delinquent payments in excess of 30 days from the invoice date. For 60 days or older, from the date of the invoice delinquent payment from invoice the carrier will use all legal means to recover payment for services rendered.
- Rules and Regulations
- Reliable Rides LLC will not refuse transportation to anyone without good cause.
- Baggage will not be checked. Personal baggage, Musical Instruments, Sporting Equipment will be transported in custody of passenger, at no additional charge, and only if space allows.
- Pet Transportation will be only be allowed if advance notice is given and an arrangement is made with the the carrier for additional $50.00 charge. Pets must be in a pet carrier or on a leash. All Service dogs are welcome.
- Pet owners responsible for cleaning or damage costs as noted above.
- Both the Reliable Rides driver or passenger(s) may cancel the trip if they feel that the environment is unsafe or a risk is present. Driver/Carrier will document details and have the passenger(s) document details and provide passenger(s) with a copy of the document.
- Reliable Rides LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone incapable of caring for themselves due to intoxicatio0n by alcohol or drugs.
- No smoking of any products or drinking of alcoholic beverages will be allowed
- Reliable Rides LLC makes every effort to offer great ride experience. If you have special requests for driver communication concerning music, climate temperature, phone charger use or hooking up a Bluetooth device Please ask. In return drivers have the right to politely address passengers to adjust distractions that compromise safety during transport. All special requests will take place while vehicle is parked in a safe location.
- Reliable Rides LLC will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by the following scenarios: Unforeseen Disasters, Serious Weather Threats or occurrences, Mechanical failure, road hazards including accident traffic or road construction or EMS services that may delay trip.
