Rules and Regulations – Reliable Rides LLC will not refuse transportation to anyone without good cause. – Baggage will not be checked. Personal baggage, Musical Instruments, Sporting Equipment will be transported in custody of passenger, at no addi-tional charge, and only if space allows. – Pet Transportation will be only be allowed if advance notice is given and an arrangement is made with the the carrier. Pets must be in a pet car-rier or on a leash. All Service dogs are welcome. – Pet owners responsible for cleaning or damage costs as noted above.

Both the Reliable Rides driver or passenger(s) may cancel the trip if they feel that the environment is unsafe or a risk is present. Driver/Carrier will document details and have the passenger(s) document details and pro-vide passenger(s) with a copy of the document. – Reliable Rides LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone inca-pable of caring for themselves due to intoxication by alcohol or drugs. – No smoking of any products or drinking of alcoholic beverages will be allowed. – Reliable Rides LLC makes every effort to offer a great ride experience. If you have special requests for driver concerning music, climate tempera-ture, phone charger use ect. Please ask. In return driver has right to politely address passenger to adjust distractions that compromise safety during transport. All special requests will occur while vehicle is stopped in safe location.

Reliable Rides LLC will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by the following: Unforeseen disasters or serious weather threats or occur-rences, mechanical failure, Road hazards including accident traffic and Emergency Medical Services delays, any other hazards or unforeseen cir-cumstances that the driver has no control over. Should the driver encounter an emergency situation, Passengers will be provided with information when it safe to do so. Passenger safety is of utmost importance to Reliable Rides.
